As you might have heard, in the past we used to accept order for custom coloring for our pets. Our customers would submit us photo reference of pattern they want and we would do our best to recreate it..
At certain point we stopped doing custom coloring and now we’re getting back to it. Here’s how it works:
- First of all, we encourage you to write us a letter with the reference attached to it. We need to see it before we can confidently say if we can do it or not. Most of the time the answer will be yes, but some patterns are next to impossible to recreate on a doll.
- You submit an order for a custom pet doll through one of our forms, as usual.
- If there’s a special field for a reference in the form, you can paste a link to your picture there. A reference overrides all the other color choices in the form.
- If there’s no special field for reference in the form, then again after submitting the order, write us a letter with your reference attached.
For most of the custom dolls right now waiting period is 2 months (1 month if are talking Raw Parts). Be prepared that custom patterns might take 2-3 extra weeks.
